Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the operation of our hospitality venues.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent role that reports directly to the Venue Manager. You will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the team culture and customer experience
  • Ensure the compliant operation of the hotel
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate and deliver:

  • Proven success in a hospitality management role with at least 12 months experience
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates and Approved Managers licence
  • Previous experience in a suburban pub advantageous
  • Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
  • Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
  • The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Reliable and excellent personal presentation
  • Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
