Release and Deployment Expert

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the Release and Deployment Management practice, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, and technology.

  • This involves driving enhancements and new capabilities within ServiceNow and other key release management tools.
  • Collaboration with other Practice Leads is necessary to support the ITSM tool delivery lifecycle for in-scope ServiceNow modules.

We are looking for an individual who can develop and maintain a strategic approach to the practice roadmap. This includes building strong cross-functional relationships across IT and business to design and evolve services.

Effective release management processes are crucial for smooth, low-impact deployments. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of Release Management and SDLC for products and services.

Analytical skills are essential to identify areas for improvement and apply Agile methodologies to enable automated release pipelines.

  • ITIL4 certification is mandatory
  • Certified Agile Service Manager or Agile Methodology is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Management
