Quality Assurance Associate Role

This is a key position within our regional team, responsible for ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us on a part-time basis (2.5 days per week), who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking for flexibility and autonomy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Australian Compliance Management: Monitor changes in legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards, providing expert advice to local leadership.
  • WHS Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage a robust WHS Management System (WHSMS) tailored to our business's risk profile and operations.
  • Quality Management System Maintenance: Write, update, and control all QA documentation to ensure it is owned and governed locally.
  • Risk Management Framework Development: Support the development and management of a comprehensive risk management framework for our Australian business.
