Are you looking for a rewarding career in healthcare? We have multiple positions available for Support Workers to join our dynamic team.

We offer a flexible work schedule with rotating roster options, allowing for a variety of personal commitments and lifestyles. Working days are Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster.

You will be providing support to improve independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care. Keeping customer records up to date using online systems is also an essential part of the role.

Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders is crucial for our team's success. Assist in the development or implementation of care plans to ensure our customers receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Support: Assist with daily living skills, transportation, social activities, medication administration, and personal care
  • Customer Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records using online systems
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and stakeholders
  • Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Requirements:
  • Certificate Level Qualification: In Disability or Community Services/Individual Support or relevant experience in the human services industry
  • Licence: Valid NSW Drivers C Class Licence with ability to drive large cars and vans
  • Fitness Requirements: Must be fit to undertake physical aspects of the job, including lifting 10kg unassisted
