Leading Senior Project Engineer

This is a senior project engineer position for an education project located on the lower Northern Beaches. The company undertakes projects in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Establish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project records.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variations.
- Generate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risks.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Proven experience as a senior project engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
