Job Title: Function & Event Supervisor - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Function & Event Supervisor to lead and manage events across multiple venues.

  • Lead and manage events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional client experiences;
  • Deliver high-quality service, managing all aspects from setup to pack down;
  • Supervise a team of skilled staff, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Act as primary liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months previous experience in a similar role;
  • Background in 5-star hospitality or related field preferred;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Passion for creating memorable event experiences.
