The Role
We are seeking a high-performing employment lawyer who is commercially savvy, highly responsive, and able to provide clear and decisive legal advice. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse in-house style role, across various sectors and clients of different sizes, with no billable hour or timesheet requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert employment law advice to clients in Australia and New Zealand.
- Developing and implementing legal strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Requirements
- 5+ years of post-admission experience in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law.
