At Repco, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership position within our stores.

About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided at all times.

This includes:

  • Working closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations
  • Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
  • Living and breathing genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
  • Being a safety leader, providing a safe work environment for themselves, team members, and customers
  • Setting a positive example for others to follow
  • Holding opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on a leadership role
  • Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • A flexible availability and a valid driver's license
  • The physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • A commitment to prioritizing safety
