We are currently seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Job Description- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic production department, contributing to the intake, processing, packing, transport and storage of various crops.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including inspection of incoming raw materials, operating fixed plant processing and high speed packaging equipment, and adhering to strict quality control procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Possession of a valid LF forklift license and demonstrated operating experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or process-related role advantageous
