Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support for an adult in their home, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with community access and social activities, promoting social interaction and inclusion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Individual Support, Disability Support, or Aged Care.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Reliable and caring nature with good work ethics.
