The Role

This global team manages portfolios to help investors achieve their financial goals, aligned with industry leading investment principles. Our vision is to deliver exceptional service and drive business development through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Deliver exceptional service to upsell advice practices in New South Wales to achieve retention and share of wallet AUM goals.
  • Adviser Engagement: Recruit and win new advisers and practices in New South Wales to entrust their clients' assets to our managed portfolio solutions to achieve netflow goals.
  • Solution Structuring: Build an understanding of the adviser's investment needs by collecting discovery data to identify solution structuring opportunities.
  • Investment Solutions: Prepare and present compelling investment solution proposals to gain adviser commitment to recommend our managed portfolios to their end clients.
  • Clients Growth: Influence, persuade, and educate advisers on how to incorporate our managed portfolio solutions across client segments to help their clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Represent the investment management team in external client speaking engagements, marketing, and educational sessions.
  • Product Development: Provide input on product development and play a key role in launching new managed portfolio solutions to maximise netflow success.
  • Communication: Regularly write managed portfolio communications to support adviser engagement with their clients and produce optimisation collateral for investment solutions.
  • Strategy Meetings: Prepare for adviser and licensee meetings, presentations, and investment query responses regarding our managed portfolio solutions.
  • Quarterly Updates: Develop quarterly investment collateral and present to advice practices on key investment themes, performance, and trade updates for our managed portfolio solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to execute business development goals and demonstrate timely and accurate completion of investments-related activity in Salesforce.
