Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients with complex communication needs.
- Deliver therapy sessions using cutting-edge techniques and best practices, with a focus on achieving optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and achieve exceptional results.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and methodologies.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Speech Pathology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant state or national registering authority.
- Proven experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities, with a strong track record of delivering effective therapy services.
- Essential compliance checks, including Working with Children Checks and Police Clearances.
