Key responsibilities

  • Execute the delivery of people project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and achieve deliverables
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project goals, prepare project report packs, and documentation for senior leadership
  • Maintain and monitor designated project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks, recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
