Energy Rating Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Energy Rating Specialist to join our team in a key leadership role.

This position offers the opportunity to shape project outcomes, mentor talented professionals, and work closely with department leadership on strategic initiatives.

The Energy Rating Specialist will lead complex residential projects while setting the standard for technical excellence.

  • Lead Complex Assessments: The successful candidate will have expertise in HERO software, VURBs, and Performance Solutions.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: As a senior member of our team, you'll provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Strategic Input: You will contribute to department operations and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of energy rating principles.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years dedicated residential energy rating experience
  • Expert-level HERO software proficiency
  • Proven mastery of VURBs and Performance Solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NCC Volume 2 and Victorian regulations
  • Current NatHERS Accreditation
