Principal Architectural Professional

The Graduate of Architecture role involves working with a studio that produces high-quality projects. We are seeking an experienced graduate to join and contribute to exceptional apartment designs, luxury housing, mixed-use or commercial buildings.
About The Position- We require a talented individual with expertise in creating innovative building designs, from feasibility studies to design development and construction documentation.
- Produce high-quality pre-construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Collaborate with structural, civil, and landscape consultants, as well as clients and councils, to deliver successful projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
- At least 3 years' experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in Revit and practical studio experience.
- Experience working on multi-residential projects.
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations.
