At Product-Agent-Allhomes Resi, we're seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Lead to drive the success of our Canberra property portal. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of property experiences for the local community.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic squad and contribute to delivering value to agents, buyers, and renters across the Capital Region. You'll work at the heart of our digital and print platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with our overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the product vision, inspiring your team and stakeholders to align with the product's goals and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product requirements, prioritising and refining the product backlog in alignment with the product vision, business goals, and evolving customer needs.
  • Define and prioritise user stories that deliver maximum value to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the customer's needs by the development team.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient delivery of the squad's goals.
  • Monitor product performance through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market demands.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or equivalent role.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field.
