About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Ecommerce team in delivering trusted, expert-led product recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in content creation and management, including team leadership, and will be able to oversee content production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and deadlines across the editorial team
  • Mentor writers and social producers to develop skills and maintain high content standards
  • Optimise workflow efficiency and track performance metrics to identify improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction
  • Support the planning and execution of tentpole and seasonal content projects
  • Champion brand voice and editorial quality across all content
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years relevant experience in content creation and management including team leadership
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proven experience of off-platform content management, creation and innovation
  • Opportunity spotting, initiative, drive and the ability to inspire a team
  • Fast-paced, quick thinker, solutions-oriented and positive under pressure
  • Broad content expertise across writing, editing, video and social
  • Comfortable creating video and appearing on-camera where required
  • Confident public speaker who can advocate for the brand in internal and external settings
  • Experience using multiple CMS platforms and creative tools such as Canva and Monday

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance attention to detail with the ability to pivot quickly.
