About the Role:

Are you passionate about retail and customer service? Do you have what it takes to lead a team and provide exceptional support to your colleagues and customers?

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for providing support to the store senior leadership team, acting as a continual support to a designated department, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coach the team on the right service behaviours
  • Assist with inducting and training the team
  • Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements
  • Coordinate stock

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor who is passionate about retail and customer service. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
