Job Opportunity: Lead Specialist Services and Partnerships Team

    We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our specialist services and partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing health fund ancillary products, including rules, restrictions, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the specialist services and partnerships team
  • Develop and implement strategies for ancillary product design and claims management
  • Manage assessment of proposals against strategic criteria for significant business projects
  • Oversee program/project management skills with a proven track record in delivery of large-scale business projects & initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years' experience managing health fund ancillary products including rules, restrictions, and benefits
  • Understanding of the health insurance industry and legislation (PHI Act)
  • Demonstrated understanding of ancillary product design and ancillary claims management
  • Previous experience in dealing with health professionals & industry associations
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to business processes
  • Ability to consult and liaise at many levels within the organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, strategic and innovative thinking required
  • Demonstrated understanding of Extras product design and Extras claims management
