Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Providing front-line Security services to protect the safety and security of customers, staff, and property
  • Compliance and regulatory enforcement, incident management, emergency and first aid response

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current First Aid Certificate with experience responding to first aid incidents
  • A nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • The capacity to work effectively in a team environment and independently
