Job Title: Learning and Development Engagement Officer

About this role

The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare's Workforce Learning and Development (WLD) Team is responsible for developing and delivering accredited and non-accredited learning and development solutions across the sector.

  • This role plays a key part in positioning the organisation as a provider of choice for workforce learning and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Engagement Officer will work closely with the Manager – Strategic Engagement to lead the fee-for-service and customised solutions portfolio within the Workforce Learning and Development (WLD) team.

  • Building a deep understanding of sector needs, priorities and emerging trends.
  • Identifying and nurturing business development opportunities.
  • Designing targeted marketing initiatives to promote offerings.
  • Engaging effectively with clients to qualify leads and develop tailored proposals that meet their needs.
  • Securing sales and fostering long-term client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification in or experience within sales/marketing/business development.
  • Experience in the community services and/or not-for-profit sector.
