Job Description:

We are seeking an Automotive Operations Manager to lead a team of professionals in supporting Repco trade customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive and mechanical expertise to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

  • As an Automotive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical support, product advice, and assistance to Repco customers on technical and sales enquiries.
  • You will demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills and provide coaching and development to your team members.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating driver delivery schedules, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe work environment.
