The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team in managing a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial properties. If you have a proven track record in asset management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  1. Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with tenants and property owners
  2. Manage lease agreements, including negotiation and renewal
  3. Conduct rent reviews and ensure compliance with contractual terms
  4. Oversee financial management and reporting, including income and expense tracking
  5. Address maintenance issues and coordinate with tenants, landlords, and the property management team
  6. Conduct regular property inspections and maintain inspection reports
  7. Monitor rental arrears and work within established KPIs
  8. Review income, expenses, and capital improvements to optimize property performance
  9. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and monitoring schedules
  10. Verify insurance coverage for tenants and landlords
  11. Prepare and submit regular reports to clients

Requirements

  1. Minimum of three years of experience in retail or commercial property management
  2. Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
  3. Positive attitude, flexibility, and motivation
  4. Strong administrative support skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Real works, RP Data, MRI/Adept
  7. Confidence in interacting with clients, tenants, and contractors
  8. Ability to provide exceptional client service
