We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the delivery of efficient and sustainable service provision for Transport and Main Roads. As General Manager, you will lead the Customer Services Branch in delivering government priorities and excellence in client service delivery.
The role demands exceptional leadership skills, enabling you to manage a diverse workforce while aligning with Transport and Main Road's culture and values. You will be accountable for driving business improvement and safety initiatives, collaborating with Land Transport Safety and Regulation, and Information Technology branches, to develop a single integrated transport network accessible to everyone.
You will provide authoritative guidance to senior executives on strategic matters related to operations and core business of Customer Services Branch. Additionally, you will foster strategic relationships with key agencies, negotiating legislative, regulatory, and service delivery reform.
In this role, you will represent the organization at senior executive level in external and internal forums, developing and enhancing liaison with key stakeholders to ensure success of the department's service delivery provision agenda.
