Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled, individualized care to residents, ensuring the highest possible professional standard.
- Lead in the provision of quality care, providing leadership to staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care.
- Work closely with residents, families, and staff to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, fostering friendly and collaborative relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
- Recognized tertiary qualification and current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
