CCLHD Senior Social Work Team Leader

As a Social Work Team Leader in Oncology Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing senior leadership to fellow inpatient social workers;
- Developing and implementing proactive service development plans;
- Delivering education and supervision to junior staff members;
- Facilitating comprehensive assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling sessions;
- Coordinating seamless transitions to community services and support networks.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
