We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Contracts Specialist to lead the full lifecycle of EPC contracting for a major energy project. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working closely with the Project Team.

You will oversee multiple concurrent contracting packages, from ITT development through to final contract award. As the primary C&P interface, you will manage the commercial and contractual strategy while engaging directly with the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end EPC contracting process across multiple complex work packages
  • Develop ITTs, coordinate bid clarifications, lead evaluations, and manage contract negotiations
  • Interface directly with the project team to align commercial strategies with technical and schedule requirements
  • Conduct direct market engagements with key vendors to test the market and gather intelligence
  • Structure and negotiate contracts that mitigate risk, align with project goals, and meet governance requirements
Requirements

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in contracts & procurement roles, ideally within oil & gas or major infrastructure
  • Proven experience managing EPCI contracts for large-scale subsea or offshore projects
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly with tier-one contractors
  • Commercially strategic but operationally hands-on – able to run multiple workstreams independently
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
