Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute internal communications campaigns to promote company-wide initiatives and announcements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various communication channels, including our intranet, newsletter, and virtual townhalls.
- Provide communications support to assist employees in understanding our company strategy and its impact on their work.
- Identify and share REA stories and employee experiences that demonstrate our company values and strategy in action.
- Measure and evaluate the success of internal communications campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
