About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team on the Gold Coast. As a permanent part-time employee, you will have guaranteed hours close to home and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

About You:

\\\

We are looking for someone who is passionate about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer. You will have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is part of the role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • \\\"
  • Clean and maintain the homes of our customers to ensure they have a safe and comfortable living environment\\\"
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, providing social support and access to lifestyle activities\\\"
  • Provide personal care, including getting customers up, showered and dressed for the day, managing medications, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals\\\"
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families\\\"
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support\\\"
  • Provide complex care for customers with high needs, such as dementia\\\"
