Are you a results-driven retail professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Port Pirie.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the store. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through your hands-on and inspiring leadership style, using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays, executing marketing campaigns, maximising sales, and growing our customer loyalty program.
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven track record in retail management, ideally within the pharmacy industry.
- A strong understanding of financial reports and cost control, including wages and shrinkage.
- A genuine passion for retail, particularly in beauty, health, and wellbeing products.
- Experience in managing and developing a successful team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation to drive sales.
- Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment.
- Proven ability to reach sales targets.
- Ability to meet, drive, and exceed KPIs for yourself, your team, and the store.
