Network Strategist Role

As a Network Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth and development through forward-thinking network planning. This is an exciting period for our company, and we are seeking a dedicated professional who can collaborate effectively to achieve business objectives.

About The Position

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and providing comprehensive network models, processes, and inputs for short- and long-term management by Network Operations
  • Creating long-range capacity plans to ensure optimal network performance
  • Establishing budgetary forecasts for major projects and network capacity, focusing on capital and operational expenditure efficiency
  • Driving network expansion through strategic business cases to extend the network footprint beyond normal sales cycles
  • Lifecycle Management and planning of Network Elements, Leases, IRUs, and other long-term contracts
  • Ensuring Network Planning activity drives towards a future simplified and consolidated infrastructure
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Network or Infrastructure role within the Telecommunications industry
  • A broad understanding of what is involved in Network Planning within a telecommunications environment
  • A deep understanding of Telecommunications infrastructure
  • Commercial experience in a network planning or similar role, with a focus on delivering business solutions
  • Demonstrable experience working with business segments to deliver value-added solutions
  • Well-developed relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset
