Country Road Concession Manager - Myer Northland VIC

An exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive sales growth in our new concession locations across Myer nationally. As a Concession Manager at Country Road, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use data and insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead store operations, including stock management and loss prevention
  • Attract, engage, and retain top talent, building a strong team culture
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, promoting wellbeing and safety
  • Build and maintain a compliant store roster, balancing customer and team needs
  • Understand and communicate the brand and business strategy to the team
  • Role model CRG values, creating a positive and inclusive team culture
