The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in risk reporting, implementing assurance actions and strengthening business governance, as well as experience with the planning cycle, including the development of business plans and reporting to outcomes.

They will also have excellent communication skills to engage, influence and collaborate with people across a range of multi-disciplinary teams within the organisation and across the community.

About You

The ideal candidate will have advanced project management skills and the ability to lead projects, as well as the ability to promote and embrace change to assist the business to implement new systems for planning and delivery of programs.

They will also have the capacity to understand legislation and policy as it relates to natural resource management, agriculture, biosecurity, and emergency management, as well as natural disaster emergency management operations.
