About the Role

We are seeking a Department Head - Junior Secondary (Year 9) who will lead our school department in developing a shared educational vision. This includes:

  • Leading the department to provide quality learning outcomes for all students;
  • Ensuring key systemic requirements are met;
  • Embedding socially just practices in daily school life;
  • Setting high standards for student and staff performance;
  • Participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development;

  • Managing human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve goals.
