ISS is a company that values diversity and inclusion, and we're looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a business partnership with our operations team and clients to cover the day-to-day management of all finance and administration matters within the contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing contract administration tasks, including invoices and management of payables
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis of P&L to identify performance enhancements, including improvement of reporting tools to guide managers to meet their profit targets
  • Building and maintaining a business partnership with the ISS and client operations team, including training operational teams on reporting tools
  • Managing the month-end process, including P&L reporting, raising issues, preparing financial analysis, and portfolio changes
  • Preparing and discussing monthly reports with clients and KAM as requested
  • Liaising with operations to ensure annual budgets are being met

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • CA/CPA is preferred
  • Prior experience dealing with operation and finance stakeholders will be an advantage
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate with confidence and respect
  • Ability to problem-solve and work to tight timelines
  • Solution-focused approach and ability to identify opportunities to add value
  • Ability to build relationships with both operation teams and clients
  • Experience in the delivery of presentations to various work groups
  • Experience with Navision GL system and Tririga is highly desirable
