These customers require a wide range of professional support services, such as bowel care, catheter management, epilepsy support and PEG feeding. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure staff are equipped to meet these unique needs.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering personal care and domestic support within customer residences
- Collaborating with customers to identify life goals and develop person-centred plans
- Ensuring adherence to positive behaviour support plans
- Managing administrative tasks, including expense reports and mandatory documentation
- Previous experience in manual handling and medication administration
- Significant personal care and domestic duties expertise
- Ability to manage complex or challenging situations with patience and maturity
- Certification in Individual Support, Disability Support or related field is highly desirable
Each customer's needs are distinct, and our ideal candidate will be able to adapt to various situations and provide tailored support.
