As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for professionals ready to take their careers to the next level. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program to support their ambitions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career aspirations via various communication channels
  • Create tailored pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
  • Convert inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and inspire individuals worldwide
  • Work independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—trusting your expertise, not rigid guidelines
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales roles—demonstrating self-motivation and a mission-driven attitude while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships that create trust and connection
  • A proven track record of meeting performance indicators or targets while delivering exceptional results across your pipeline
  • Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of maintaining accurate customer data
