Training Services Director

As a senior leader, you will oversee a high-performing regional team delivering vocational education and training services across the region. This position requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills to build partnerships with government, community, education providers, and industry stakeholders.

You are a motivated and adaptable professional who brings a proactive approach to team and project management. You're comfortable having difficult conversations, take initiative, and possess sound judgment. You're able to manage competing priorities and make decisions autonomously, while promoting a collaborative team culture. You will have:
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the VET system, Apprenticeships & Traineeships, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in project management and delivering against strategic objectives.
- A deep understanding of and commitment to implementing policies that promote quality outcomes for diverse communities.
