Job OpportunityWe are seeking highly flexible Sales team members with the ability to work varied shifts across weekdays and weekends. The capacity to work at multiple store locations will be highly valued.
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping customers have fun while riding bikes. You'll get to learn about some of the smartest products in the cycling industry, offer thoughtful recommendations to your customers, and build meaningful relationships with riders in your community.
- A positive attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need;
- Fantastic interpersonal skills-a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way possible-even on the toughest days;
- Excellent communication with customers and colleagues;
- A desire to cultivate customer relationships and establish your own client base;
- A commitment to deliver exceptional customer experiences; and
- Ability to work effectively to a schedule; and
- Flexible working arrangements
If you're already knowledgeable about bikes, that's fantastic. If not, we'll provide training. The key is knowing how to treat customers, assess their needs, and exceed their expectations.
