Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead one of our flagship development projects in Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in development, construction, and project management, with experience in managing complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of the development project, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and risk management procedures.
  • Manage and report on the financial performance of the project, including budgets, tender evaluations, and cash flows.
  • Oversee design and value management, including consultant engagement, design reviews, and documentation approvals.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status and lessons learned to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer contractual agreements and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Manage principal contractors and ensure implementation of quality management systems.
  • Update project programs and identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Property, Construction, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Strong track record in development, construction, and project management, with experience in resource allocation, cost management, and reporting.
  • Excellent people skills, with ability to manage ambiguity and constant changes.
  • Current working knowledge of the NSW planning environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, meeting shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
