Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to clients with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a sound working knowledge and understanding of disability and healthcare service delivery, relevant academic qualifications, and a comprehensive knowledge of developments impacting our services.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective support and care delivery
  • Work collaboratively with Case Managers and Intake offices to drive client growth
  • Build relationships with Support Coordinators and NDIS Business
  • Coordinate workflow activities for service delivery and participate in internal audits

You will be responsible for:

Leadership and Management

• Lead and manage service delivery teams within the disability services portfolio

• Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of effective teams

• Ensure onboarding, orientation, and probation requirements are met

• Develop staff professionally and create a team culture of inspiration and passion

Quality and Improvement

• Ensure a strong quality and continuous improvement focus within the team

• Collaborate with the Manager Clinical Governance to align policies and procedures

• Ensure accurate recording of client data and inform support and services

Financial Management

• Collaborate with the line Manager Business Services to develop and manage budgets

• Review income and expenditure statements and advise line managers of concerns or anomalies
