Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RPG programmer with strong solution development skills based in Geelong.

The role involves taking ownership of designing, developing, testing and maintaining applications on the iSeries platform using RPG IV, ILE, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities include providing ongoing support to maintain a custom-built ERP system and undertaking tasks such as programming, analysis and solution development.

About the Successful Candidate
  • A detail oriented individual with strong RPG programming skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
  • 5 plus years of experience in RPG development with expertise in RPG programming.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment or similar setting.
  • SQL experience and ability to provide clearly documented code.
  • Ability to support, diagnose, modify and test custom applications.
  • A proven background in delivering quality solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
