Experienced Lawyer / Associate – Property, Planning & Environment

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled lawyer or associate with 3-5 years of post-admission experience to enhance our Property, Planning, and Environment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive advice on property acquisition and disposal matters
  • Delivering legal insights on real property aspects of commercial and corporate transactions
  • Conducting thorough due diligence investigations and reporting for capital transactions
  • Advising on leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail properties

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in real property law and transactions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently
