The centre is a not-for-profit preschool and early education and care centre catering for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Our philosophy believes that every child brings unique strengths, capabilities, culture, interests, knowledge, ideas and experiences, and every day is filled with possibility and chances for discovery.

Skills and Experience

  • Be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning.
  • Demonstrate a high pedagogical standard and ability to communicate these standards clearly.
  • Effectively perform responsibilities of an Early Childhood Educator within NSW.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma/Cert 3 in ECE for lead educator role (or an ACECQA equivalent).
  • Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
