Customer Service Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

  • To maintain accurate records and reports, using software applications to track customer interactions and sales data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Work Arrangements

This is a casual/part-time position, requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Please note that this is not a full-time position. We require staff to commit to a minimum of 8-35 hours per week, depending on business needs.
