Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Lives Lived Well. As a key member of our Northern Adelaide service, you will play a vital role in providing mental health and wellbeing supports to families and their children.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and families, using evidence-based frameworks and a commitment to data-driven decisions.
- Work collaboratively with parents and children from diverse cultural backgrounds, including First Nations, CALD, and LGBTIQ+ communities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community services and programs to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services, ensuring a high level of quality and effectiveness.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferencing, and debriefings to ensure ongoing professional development and support.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with several years' practical experience in the Human Services field.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to self-care and self-regulate during times of stress and high pressure.
