Lead Store Operations

At 7-Eleven, we're on a mission to redefine convenience for Australians. As a Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales to achieve store targets.
We're looking for a full-time Retail Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of services in a busy retail environment, managing budgets and financial plans, and ensuring financial resources are used effectively.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role;
- Strategic and innovative mindset with the ability to articulate ideas with clarity and purpose;
- Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to engage, coach and motivate individuals and teams.

We require the following skills and qualifications:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 3 years' experience;
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years' experience;
- Customer service: 3 years' experience.
