We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Leasing Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales and leasing team, assist with marketing initiatives, and manage inbound enquiries.

About the Role
  • Prepare documents, manage calendars, and handle paperwork for the sales and leasing team
  • Assist with marketing across email direct mail, social media, and brochures
  • Manage inbound enquiries, greet visitors, and maintain a smooth office operation
Requirements
  • A current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential
  • Strong computer and tech skills, including proficiency in software applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide top-tier customer service
