Job Title: Principal Project Coordinator

About the Role
  • The role entails leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, encompassing initial planning, construction, and commissioning of multiple school infrastructure projects.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to achieve client satisfaction is crucial.
  • Preparing coherent reports, correspondence, and submissions to key stakeholders and clients will be a primary responsibility.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering government infrastructure projects, including concurrent projects across geographically diverse locations, is highly valued.
  • A high-level capacity to work effectively under pressure and within strict time constraints is essential.
  • Effective communication, consultation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the department and establish mutually productive partnerships, are necessary for success.

Travel requirements include local and overnight travel. The successful candidate must be able to perform this travel.
