Home Care Provider Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Provider to join our team, delivering essential services to elderly individuals in their communities. McLean Care offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

The role involves providing high-quality domestic and housekeeping services, including cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, assistance with shopping, and personal care tasks, enabling clients to maintain independence and dignity.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support, building positive relationships, and respecting clients' wishes and preferences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering domestic services such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Assisting clients with simple care tasks like making beds, organizing clothes, and meal assistance
  • Fostering a respectful environment, ensuring clients' dignity, privacy, and independence
  • Communicating changes in client conditions to the Service Delivery Manager
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed according to individual care plans

Required skills and qualifications include effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, empathetic approach, physical fitness, and relevant certifications.
